The EX-03 features a Push button lock mechanism for easy closing. The blade deploys with a refined smoothness and securely locks into place. Lastly the EX-03 features a manual safety which ensures that the lock cannot disengage, giving a fixed-blade-like reliability. The EX-03 also comes with a reversible pocket clip.
